Fitness Programs

I gained weight.  Lots of it.  I wasn’t feeling healthy, I was always tired and I couldn’t keep up with my very active little boy.  I never exercised, I ate whatever I wanted and I finished every week off with at least 2 bottles of wine. Not a way to live especially if you’re a single parent.  As a choice mom, my son depends on my for everything.  I need to be around for him as long as I possibly can to take care of his needs, raise him and watch him grow up.  I knew I wasn’t getting any younger and I needed to make a change in my lifestyle.  I needed to get healthy.  If not for me then for his sake.

I started my workout program in 2018 and lost 40lbs in months.  Today I am at my goal weight and I have maintained it with regular exercise and healthy eating.

Life has certainly changed.

Now I’m a fitness coach and a Certified Nutrition Mentor.  I help others by coaching them and motivating them to live healthier lives and love the bodies they’re in.

I do this through my virtual challenge groups…and I love being a part of their journey.
